The famous waters welling up from the nature-filled mountains surrounding Oita City are known throughout Japan and they support the lives of the many people living downstream. We will plant trees with the goal of rebuilding the forest of cutover areas and securing forest resources in order to sustainably bring into being public welfare functions, such as forest watershed protection and natural disaster prevention, and also so the bounty of this great nature can be passed on to future generations.
