In Aeon Mall Makuhari New City, a disaster prevention event was held in June, proposing“rolling stock” measures with Aeon’s private brand“ Topvalu” products.

Aeon proposes“rolling stock” measures to restock frequently with its private brand“Topvalu” products.

In an effort to minimize the possible damage in case of disasters, Aeon has been encouraging its customers to stock food for emergencies in their daily lives. To tide over the immediate aftermath of occurrence of disasters at home, at least three to seven days’ worth of food stock is said to be required. In conjunction with the assumption, Aeon proposes “rolling stock” measures with its private brand “Topvalu” products. By practicing to stock extra daily foods and restock what is eaten, items purchased in daily shopping can be used in case of disasters. Topvalu brand clearly indicates necessary information including ingredients and allergy substances required for customers to select products. A variety of items such as products obtained Halal certification* is also available in Topvalu product lineups. Aeon strives for developing products to ensure all its customers to enjoy “safe and secure” dietary life. Aeon continues to introduce and propose initiatives in disaster mitigation through its stores and products in order to play the role of a life infrastructure for the customers.
