Aeon 1% Club has conducted “Teenage Ambassador Program” with the goal of promoting understanding each other's countries as well as deepening friendship between Asian countries and Japan since 1990. Through this initiative, participants learn about each other's countries and histories by visiting each other's countries, making courtesy visits to the governments and organizations, experiencing cultures, attending classes at local schools, and staying at each other's homes. In FY2016, a total of 204 high school students from China, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Japan have participated in the Program. Aeon endeavors to develop friendship across the world through providing opportunities to promote interaction among young people who bear the future.
