As proposed by the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, our company took part in the mission of creating a venue in Ota City for the National Urban Re-vegetation Gunma Fair which took place in April of 2008. The aim was to help people learn the importance of forests and enjoy a lifestyle filled with flowers and plant life, and provide an opportunity to discover a more wholesome way of living based on the theme of “the environment”. On Picnic Hill, site of the tree planting, many different types of trees were planted to simulate a natural woodland, allowing it to be enjoyed at any season of the year. On November 11 (Sun) 2007, a total 153 volunteers planted 700 Keyaki, Quercus serrata, Somei Yoshino cherry trees and others.
