Mr. Neil Pratt is a staff-member of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) serving as Senior Environmental Affairs Officer at the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) in Montreal, Canada and currently heading the Secretariat’s Division for Mainstreaming, Partnerships and Outreach. He has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and environmental science, a master’s degree in applied remote sensing and professional experience in land resource management, rural development and education. Prior to his position at CBD Secretariat, he served at UNEP headquarters in Nairobi supporting UNEP’s work within the Global Environment Facility.
