The Human Rights Enlightenment Office and the Corporate Ethics Team work together to develop leaders who will play a central role in promoting human rights and philosophy education within the company.
Through awareness-raising activities to solve various human rights issues, we aim to be a company where diverse human resources can thrive in a comfortable working environment. Content related to respecting human rights is also covered in risk management training, human resource development training, diversity promotion training, and other training, and we strive to raise awareness among many employees.
In addition, we created the "Human Rights Awareness Guidebook" in 2015 as a tool for acquiring basic knowledge. We have distributed 167,000 copies so far, which are useful for individual awareness-raising, and we are also developing training materials using the guidebook. In light of the recent international social situation, we revised part of this guidebook in October 2018 in conjunction with a review of the "AEON Basic Policy on Human Rights."

We have been supporting the employment and success of people with disabilities for 40 years.
